If you wish to return a non-customized product, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the product tag intact. Please ensure that the invoice and product tag are included with the returned product.

Bags purchased from our store come with a 30-day service warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing damages that may occur within the first 30 days of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your bag within this period, please contact our customer support for assistance.
